This month’s BBB Tip for El Paso businesses is to sign up to participate in our new Buy El Paso Rewards program!

Designed for El Paso’s businesses, the Buy El Paso Rewards program rewards loyal or repeat customers with discounts, points, and other benefits. This program lets customers invest in the companies they love while receiving exclusive perks. Additionally, businesses access valuable research and analysis they may not otherwise have access to. The Buy El Paso Rewards Program creates a natural connection between small business owners and loyal customers.

Customer loyalty programs are typically cost-prohibitive for smaller businesses. That’s why BBB El Paso and the City of El Paso are partnering to bring local businesses the technology to have their own customer rewards program — at no cost to the company! It aims to provide local business owners with new tools to understand the market and maximize their location and operation hours to support growth.

The Buy El Paso Rewards program will be available to the first 500 businesses within the El Paso city limits to apply. Local businesses must be locally owned and have a physical storefront within the El Paso city limits to qualify for the Buy El Paso Rewards Program.

If you are not tech-savvy or need clarification on whether this program suits your business, get on the waiting list today. There is no downside. The program will be easy — and not time-consuming — to implement in your business, and we will have lots of support for participating companies.
